Surely it is just coincidence that in 2006, Judge Williams “co-led” a conference on Constitutional Law and law reform in….wait for it….Nairobi, Kenya. Later that year, Judge Williams was “invited” by the Chief Justice” of Kenya to attend and address the “Kenyan Judicial Colloquim” where she also “spearheaded and taught” at the first Kenyan Women’s Trial Advocacy Program.
