…to a remote, secure location, the coordinates for which are disclosed on a need-to-know basis. That said, it will be quiet here (and on Twitter) for quite a while (at least on the part of Jacksonian Lawyer). It will be good to get away, to parts so remote that “wi-fi” is regarded more as a question than as an actual thing, and just push the ol’ “reset” button on things.
Normal activities will resume, God willing, upon our return. An occasional “blip” may appear on the radar screen from time to time, assuming I reach places with some means by which Al Gore’s Inter-Web can be accessed. But…don’t count on it. Even if I do, I doubt I will be inclined to put the hamsters on the wheel to power up the lap-top.
Take care and stay safe friends.

Good for you. Have a great time taking a break. Enjoy yourself.
Many thanks Leggett. Unplugging in this far, remote area has been great. Large fish/game, even better. Also, among the many books I brought along, I am thoroughly enjoying (and having a hard time putting down) your recommendation of “Monster Hunter, International.” Far removed from my usual reading material, but immensely enjoyable. The author’s patent love of superior fire power, Alabama, the South in general, and liberty and freedom is even more outstanding.
Thanks for the recommendation and for stopping by.
