…Just an update from our prior story on accused felons Stephanie and Mitch Kraft – see HERE.
The good folks at the brain-trust of the Florida Bar still see no reason why the disgraced Krafts, who face all manner of felony charges ranging from bribery, to corruption to misconduct charges, should be precluded from the practice of law in the state of Florida. To date, BOTH of the Krafts remain in good-standing and eligible to practice law, with no disciplinary actions even being reported.
Apparently, the Florida Bar, who sickeningly proclaim they are “guardians” of the integrity of the legal profession, and also ridiculously posit they help protect the public at large by way of their self-perpetuating bureaucracy, believe that folks like the Krafts are stellar examples of what members of the Florida Bar should endeavor to be. The fact that the Krafts have faced no manner of disciplinary actions, public reprimands or outright disbarment serves as a crystal clear testament to just what the Florida Bar is all about, as well as the value they place on true character.
